Jordan Cole races Category 1 road and gravel across the Pacific Northwest. Based in Bend, they're in the saddle 15+ hours a week year-round — which means their nutrition has to work in 35-degree rain and 90-degree base camp heat alike. Jordan discovered Genesee while looking for a bar that wouldn't turn into a chocolate puddle on a summer descent and wouldn't freeze solid on a January training block.
