Choose to pause your subscription 30, 60, or 90 days from your subscription portal — any time, no phone call needed.

Choose a charity
At the pause step, select a charity from our vetted list. Your paused shipment's value goes to that cause instead of being held.

Earn loyalty points + tax receipt
You earn 1 loyalty point per dollar donated plus a 50-point bonus. We send a tax receipt by email with your donation record and charity EIN.
