Free shipping over $65 applies to US orders only. Outside the US, an estimated international rate is passed through at cost and is shown in the cart before payment. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your destination.
Tracking your order
Available delivery estimates appear at checkout, and we email tracking when the order ships.
Free shipping on a first trial-pack order
Separately from the $65 threshold, an eligible US cart containing only 3-Bar Variety Packs receives free shipping when the first-order code is applied — the cart shows whether the code and the free-shipping rule applied before you pay.
Delivery schedule
Current checkout offers monthly delivery or delivery every two months. The selected cadence, recurring product price, and shipping total appear before payment.
Warm weather, damaged, or unsafe packages
A hot mailbox can soften a bar in transit. If that happens, place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before opening it.
