Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated June 19, 2026. Use these instructions to request deletion of personal information, marketing records, account records, or social account integration data connected to Genesee Nutrition.

Request Deletion

Email hello@geneseenutrition.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address, phone number, or account name connected to the data you want deleted so we can locate the correct records.

Social Integrations

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other social account through an authorized admin integration, ask us to disconnect the provider and delete stored integration credentials. We delete stored access tokens and related provider identifiers unless we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, audit, legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt, verify that the requester is authorized to act on the relevant account, and complete eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period. If we cannot delete a record, we will explain the limited reason it must be retained.

Provider Controls

You can also remove app access directly inside the relevant provider account settings. Removing provider access may stop future imports, publishing, tests, or scheduled actions, but it does not always delete records that were already received by Genesee Nutrition. Email us if you want those records reviewed for deletion.
