Bison Bar Yogurt Parfait

A layered parfait with full-fat Greek yogurt, crumbled Genesee bar, seasonal berries, and a drizzle of raw honey. Elegant enough for guests, fast enough for a Tuesday.

Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Cinnamon Pecan bar, crumbled
  • ¾ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: fresh mint to garnish

Method

    Stir vanilla into the Greek yogurt.

    Spoon half the yogurt into the bottom of a wide glass or jar.

    Add a layer of half the berries and half the crumbled bar.

    Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries, and bar crumbles.

    Drizzle honey over the top.

    Garnish with mint and serve immediately — or refrigerate for up to 4 hours (bar will soften slightly, becoming more fudge-like).
