- 1 Genesee Coconut Vanilla bar, cut into small pieces
- ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened) or 10 dried tart cherries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Optional: drizzle of raw honey
