A slow-digesting, low-sugar nighttime snack using cottage cheese, a Genesee bar, and tart cherries. The casein in cottage cheese + tryptophan in tart cherries supports overnight recovery and sleep quality.

Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Coconut Vanilla bar, cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened) or 10 dried tart cherries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: drizzle of raw honey

Method

    Spoon cottage cheese into a small bowl.

    Top with bar pieces, cherries, and almond butter.

    Dust with cinnamon and drizzle with honey if using.
