Bison Bar Keto Fudge
A freezer fudge made from almond butter, coconut oil, and crumbled Genesee bar. Under 3g net carbs per square — hard to believe until you taste it.

Ingredients
- 1 Genesee Dark Chocolate Almond bar, finely crumbled
- 1 cup natural almond butter (no added sugar)
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Method

Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and cacao powder. Stir until smooth.

Fold in most of the crumbled bar, reserving a tablespoon for topping.

Pour mixture into the lined pan and smooth to an even layer.

Scatter reserved bar crumbles on top and press in gently.

Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.

Lift out using parchment, cut into 20 squares, and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
