Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Dark Chocolate Almond bar
  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup cold brew concentrate, chilled
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 Medjool date for sweetness

Method

    Add bar pieces, espresso, coconut milk, ice, vanilla, salt, and date (if using) to a blender.

    Blend on high for 45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

    Taste — add more espresso for bitterness or a splash more coconut milk to mellow.

    Pour into a tall glass over additional ice.

    Serve immediately; drink within 15 minutes for best texture.
