Ingredients

  • 1 Genesee Coconut Vanilla bar, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried tart cherries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • ¼ tsp flaky sea salt

Method

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until evenly mixed.

    Taste and adjust salt to your preference.

    Divide into 4 equal portions (roughly ½ cup each) and store in small zip bags or jars.

    Keeps at room temperature for up to 5 days; refrigerate to extend to 2 weeks.
