- 1 Genesee Coconut Vanilla bar, cut into ½-inch pieces
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened dried tart cherries
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ tsp flaky sea salt
Method

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until evenly mixed.

Taste and adjust salt to your preference.

Divide into 4 equal portions (roughly ½ cup each) and store in small zip bags or jars.
