Each current ingredient label lists grass-fed bison tallow. Genesee has not published ranch, producer, finishing-practice, rendering-process, or lot-level traceability documents, so this page does not make those more specific sourcing claims.
Whey protein isolate + collagen
Each current ingredient label lists whey protein isolate and collagen, and the Nutrition Facts panel lists 21g total protein. Genesee has not published a per-ingredient protein breakdown, supplier identity, or lot-level source document.

What we test, what we don't.
What is published today: the current nutrition, ingredient, and allergen label for each flavor. Those are the product facts this page can substantiate now.
What is not published today: Genesee has not posted lot-specific microbial results, a recurring third-party nutrition panel, a heavy-metals panel, or a finished-product banned-substance report. We do not present planned tests or supplier documents as completed Genesee testing.
Sport certification: Genesee is not NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport. A published ingredient list is not a substitute for finished-product certification. Tested athletes and programs should review the current wrapper with their compliance staff before use.
Publication standard: if a verified report is published here, it should identify the laboratory, test date, product or lot scope, and result so customers can understand exactly what the document does and does not establish.
